Your Personal Data are only processed for the following purposes:
- Our match-making services: To access our services, you need to provide personal data essential for our operations. This entails creating your profile and sharing relevant information with other clients to enhance match-making and interactions before, during, and after your initial meeting, as well as customizing experiences according to your preferences.
- Communication: To keep you posted about the development of the activities of ML Introductions.
- Technical operation and optimisation of the website
- Legal Claims : To allow us establishing, exercise, or defend legal claims.
2.2 Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
We process your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Consent: Consent is the basis for processing our match-making services. It is also the case where you have provided your consent for specific processing activities, for instance when you subscribe to our newsletter. Once you gave your consent, you can withdraw it any time (see article 5).
- Legitimate Interests: Where processing is necessary for our legitimate interests. This is i.a. the case when we process your Personal Data with a view to communicate with you or inform you about our services similar to those for which we already worked together. Under these circumstances, our legitimate interest is to carry on and develop our business. This instance includes “direct marketing”, i.e. using your email address to send you communications regarding ML Introductions’ events you might be interested in, because already have been working together. You always have the opportunity to oppose to such communications (see article 5).
- Legal Obligation: Where we are required to process your personal data to comply with a legal obligation.
3. Recipients of the Personal Data and transfer to other countries
For the purposes described in Article 2, we (may) transfer your Personal Data to third parties (Recipients), who assist us in operating our website and providing our services.

- Other ML Introductions’ Clients, in order to ensure our match-making services ;
- Third-party service providers :
- Marketing Partners: For delivering newsletters, surveys, and promotional materials.
- ICT infrastructure: For the hosting of the website and the technical management of the website.
- Smart Match App: Enabling our match-making functionalities through its customizable CRM platform.
Your Personal Data will never be shared with business partners for commercial purposes, unless with your consent.
4. Duration of the storage of the Personal Data
We will keep your Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. This corresponds with the duration of our contract with you and continues for up to five years following its conclusion. This includes retaining your data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

As a data subject under GDPR, you have several rights concerning your Personal Data, except where a legal or regulatory provision in force in Belgium (including the GDPR) prevents it, and provided that the right is applicable in this context.
